Trunk or Treat

So our ward Trunk or Treat was the same day Elijah was born, which means that since I was in the hospital, Jacob had to take the kids by himself or not go. The kids have been super excited about the trunk or treat and looking forward to it for weeks, so Jacob decided to take them, but he decided to get them ready at the hospital so I could help by doing Rachel's Elsa hair and Kent's cat face. :)

Pumpkin Carving 2014

Just pictures. (Hey, I have a new baby, I have more important things to do).

So I realized as I was posting this that I totally forgot to take pictures of the finished pumpkins. Lol. And now I have a sleeping baby on me. Oh well. 

He's here!!

Elijah Xavier Bulloch was born at 10:34 this morning one whole week after his due date.  He weighed 8 pounds 15.6 ounces and was 21 1/4 inches long. I am soooooo happy to have him here! I'm just going to post a few pictures for now, and when I'm not so exhausted I will write more. 

Sick

6 days over due and I might cry. Not because I'm over due, but because Rachel is sick now too. And not with the same thing Kent has. She has the throw-ups. Technically she has only thrown up once, but she has been telling me all morning that her tummy hurts. No one is going to want to watch my kids if they are going to give them the flu. Maybe Elijah is waiting until they induce me on Monday so that hopefully the kids will all be better by then and someone will be willing to watch my other kids. Another reason I want to cry is because tomorrow is our ward trunk or treat. I haven't been planning on going to it because I thought I'd have a new baby by now, but we were planning on having Jacob take the kids by himself. Rachel has been looking forward to this for literally months! It breaks my heart thinking about her not getting to go. Well, I guess if they don't get to go tomorrow, there is still Halloween night. And we will have a baby by then for sure. 

Spooky Mansion

So last year after Halloween, we went to Target and bought a Spooky Mansion kit. It was 50% off. I put it away with our Halloween stuff and this year the kids and I put it together. 

It took a long time to put together and made a big mess, but we finally finished it. 

It was hard to do with Kent, but I still let him help and he and Rachel both loved it! It was totally worth it! And now we have a Spooky Mansion that we can take apart and put back together next year too. It won't be as fun next time since the stickers are already all on it, but it will still be fun. I love holidays!
